Bookings and payment
Direct reservations are made through our secure online booking system. The full price of the reservation is charged online at the time of booking.
Cancellation and no-show
Guests may cancel free of charge up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date.
If a booking is cancelled within the 14 days before arrival, the full price of the reservation will be charged.
In case of no-show, the full price of the reservation will be charged.
The cancellation deadline is based on the local time at the accommodation.
Prices, taxes and cleaning
Displayed booking prices include 10% VAT.
A cleaning fee of €100 per stay is included in the total booking price.
No municipal tax applies.
Children and occupancy
Children of all ages are welcome.
The apartment accommodates a maximum of 6 guests.
No cots or extra beds are available.
